It’s been non-stop for so long

This political bullshit

I hate it

It’s hard for me to believe

That I once got so invested in it

But that’s the game

Isn’t it?

Sometimes,

We get forced to play.

Once you realize

It’s all smoke and mirrors

It’s all for money

And power

By greedy people

Combined with the arrogance of the american culture

Well

Then you get sick

And want to throw up yesterday's beer

That’s when I turn away from it

And stop caring

But every now and then

It sucks me back in

And I have to remind myself

It’s mostly bullshit now.
