Free William

I remember listening to a lecture on free will

And the speaker

Talked about the man from that movie

‘Hotel Rwanda’

He risked his life

To help so many people

And when they asked him

Why he did it

He told them

He felt

Like

He

Didn’t

Have

A

Choice.

This makes sense to me

But also

Seems like

Something only a human

Would do

For another human.

How many other people would’ve done the same thing?

Well

Not everyone

Right?

Maybe a few others

But definitely not

Everyone.

So was it his choice?

Did he use his free will?

It’s tough to say,

Isn’t it?

Maybe the question we should ask ourselves is,

‘What would I do?’

and

'What choice would I really have?'
