Inside of me

That are too deep

And my insides

Become eroded

Warn down

By the constant crashing of the waves

That start in the mind

And pulse through my veins

And into my spirit

Feeling deeply

Is my burden to bare

But the good news is

That’s how good art is made

I just have to

Follow the tracks life carves in me.
