You look at your reflection on your phone again

As this whole world

Spiraling

Out of control

There's no going back from this

The world we'll leave for our kids is

Spiraling

They'll hop on our screens to spin their lies

But there's no disguising

What we are all feeling

We're all

Spiraling

Not spinning

But twisting

And mangling

Rearranging

The way this world works

Redefining what life is worth

The revolution

Won't be

Televised

. . . Do you know why?

Because the people we must revolt against

Own the TV stations

Not a country here

But a big ass corporation

We sold our freedom

So we could eat greedy

And now people act surprised

That America is

Spiraling
