Always once more

That's where it always goes,

Doesn’t it?

Another

Once more

On the ocean floor

Or on heavens door

Once more

Up in the stars

Or buried in the blackness of the deepest sea's

Once more

It is nonsense

And it’s everything

Another step

Another day

Another effort

Once more

Again and again and again

Until we have no more to give,

And even then,

Life will ask us

To go
